Our Story
A Sparta landmark, reimagined
Proprietor Keith Holmes began washing dishes at fifteen in Chicago, worked every station through school, and later co-founded the award-winning Redwoods Grill & Bar in Chester, NJ. In 2012 he acquired St. Moritz — drawn by Lake Mohawk’s charm and the chance to bring exacting hospitality to this longtime plaza destination.
